The Users' Guide is available on line, along with the Rdoc Dcoumentation. There is also a FAQ, and a tutorial.
If you need to submit bugs, bear in mind the advice at: The Basics of Bug Tracking, which explains clearly how to submit bug reports that are useful. Essentially, report the steps to reproduce the bug, what the result was, what you expected. It is also useful to supply platform information and version numbers, and your goal, just in case what you were trying to do is much easier some other way. Watir has a new bug tracking system, but there may be useful information in the old bug tracking system.
